Mill Park Preschool educators value all children as competent and capable learners, we aim for all children to become independent in tasks relating to the Childs needs and the choices made in the kinder room.
Educators develop programs that are inclusive of families’ opinions, families’ culture and family background; educators encourage all families to participate in their Childs kindergarten experience.
At Mill Park Preschool we also aim to involve the broader community in the kindergarten program, educators encourage children to show appreciation and care for natural and constructed environments.
Mill Park Preschool educators encourage children to take increasing responsibility for their own health and physical well being, as well as others.
The kindergarten caters for three four year old groups and also for three year old group. At Mill Park Pre-School, Staff, TRY Children’s Services and the Committee of Management believe that kindergarten is essential to assist all children with their developing social skills, emotional skills and cognitive skills through play based activities.
